Available Roles

Smokemaster

  • Needed:

  • 5–10 years of barbequing experience (wood/coal)

  • Ability to cook traditional West African meals

Wanted:

Trained chef

Waiting Team

  • Needed:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience (age 18+)

  • Must have worked in a restaurant or fine dining environment

Front of House Host

Needed:

  • Excellent social and likeable personality

  • At least 2 years' face-to-face service experience
